We reserve the right to deny access to the dormitory or remove from the church property any person(s) whom we consider to be disruptive, emotionally unstable, uncooperative, or unwilling to follow the rules.
Anyone found in possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or tobacco in any form, will not be permitted to stay in our dormitory.
We will do our best to place every registered delegate in the dorm or otherwise in the church compound. However, delegates who arrive later than the time indicated run the risk of forfeiting their place.
All delegates agree to submit to church authority while on church property. They also should understand that they may be photographed or video tapped during the meetings, and that such photos or video clips may be posted online by us.
